Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds

All sales are final. No returns or refunds except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription to stop its next renewal. Cancellation does not remove access before the current paid-through date. Access ends on that date and there is no additional 14-day access or grace period.

Loss of access

A refund, chargeback, licence revocation or subscription expiry may lock access immediately. A normal cancellation that is merely scheduled for the next renewal does not end access early.

Requests and account management

Use the account-management link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net to manage your subscription. For help, email tj@warlord-os.com. Paddle's handling of eligible refund requests is described in the Paddle Refund Policy.
