2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. Information you provide must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your account and licence credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Plans, prices, billing intervals and included features are shown on the purchase page before checkout. Charges for third-party services are not included unless the purchase page expressly says otherwise.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled.
4. Cancellation and access
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not remove access before the end of the current paid-through period. There is no additional 14-day access or grace period after that paid-through date.
A refund, chargeback, licence revocation or subscription expiry may result in immediate loss of access.
5. Software licence
While your entitlement is valid, Warlord.OS grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the software for its intended purpose.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell or reverse engineer Warlord.OS except where applicable law expressly permits it. Third-party components remain subject to their own licence terms.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Warlord.OS unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, attempt to bypass licensing controls, or use it to harm other people or systems.
7. Refunds
All sales are final. No returns or refunds except where required by applicable law.
See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
8. Availability and liability
We may maintain, update or change the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or affects mandatory consumer rights.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.
